If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Description of Service
Peptide Pulse™ is a personal educational tracking and organization tool designed to help users organize and monitor their peptide research protocols. The app includes 85+ peptides across 17 categories, 25 screens across 6 tabs, and features including dose logging with journal prompts, reconstitution calculator, injection site rotation with body map, wellness tracking, AI-powered educational guidance, vial inventory management, cycle planning, progress photo comparison, bloodwork logging (20+ markers), body measurements, achievement badges, and streak tracking.

Subscriptions and Payments
Peptide Pulse™ offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Pro Tier
$9.99/month or $79.99/year (save 33%). Includes a 7-day free trial. Unlocks unlimited peptide tracking, full wellness monitoring, progress photos, bloodwork tracking (20+ markers), cycle planner, vial inventory, body measurements, unlimited AI chat, and 1-year analytics history.
Elite Tier
$19.99/month or $149.99/year (save 37%). Includes everything in Pro plus priority AI responses, advanced analytics, custom protocol templates, PDF/CSV data export, loyalty tier rewards, early access to features, and premium support.
Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
AI-Generated Content
The AI features in Peptide Pulse™ provide educational information based on publicly available research. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. You should independently verify any information provided by the AI before making decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and are not liable for any actions taken based on it.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, graphics, and branding within Peptide Pulse™ are the property of WOW Creates LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app or its content without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WOW Creates LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health complications, or any other damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOW Creates LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms of Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Since your data is stored locally on your device, termination of service does not affect your existing local data.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Hawaii.
