Peptide Pulse™ is developed and operated by WOW Creates LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our iOS application ("the App") and our website at peptidepulse.app ("the Site"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App or the Site, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

The short version: your personal data stays on your device. No accounts required. No cloud sync. No user profiles on our servers. We built it that way on purpose because we believe your health-related information should remain under your control at all times.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Peptide Pulse™ is designed with a local-first architecture. The following categories of data are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to our servers or any third party:

• Peptide protocols and dose logs
• Injection site rotation records and body map data
• Wellness metrics (weight, sleep, energy, mood, libido)
• Progress photos and before/after comparisons
• Bloodwork entries and biomarker data
• Vial inventory and reconstitution data
• Cycle plans, schedules, and timeline data
• Body measurements
• Achievement badges and streak data
• Post-dose journal notes
• Custom metrics and personal notes

We have no ability to access, view, retrieve, or recover this data. It exists only on your device. We do not create user accounts, maintain user databases, or store personal health information on any server.

Peptide Pulse™ integrates with the following third-party services. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

• Apple App Store -- app distribution, payment processing, and subscription billing
• RevenueCat -- subscription management and entitlement verification (revenuecat.com/privacy)
• AI service provider -- processes the text of AI chat queries only (no personal data is included)
• Anonymous analytics provider -- collects aggregated, non-identifying usage metrics

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing, advertising, or data brokering purposes. We do not participate in data exchanges or data cooperatives.

The limited information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• To verify and manage your subscription status
• To process and respond to your AI chat queries
• To identify and fix bugs, crashes, and technical issues
• To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the App
• To comply with legal obligations, if required

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the limited information we process. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Because the vast majority of your data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data is primarily dependent on the security of your device itself, including your device passcode, biometric authentication, and physical device security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Since your personal data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it at all times. You can delete individual entries within the App, or delete all App data by uninstalling Peptide Pulse™ from your device. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered, as we do not maintain any backups or copies of your personal information.

Subscription-related data managed by RevenueCat and Apple is retained in accordance with their respective data retention policies. Anonymous analytics data is retained in aggregated form and cannot be traced back to any individual user.

8. Children's Privacy

Peptide Pulse™ is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.
